All prices are in Euro per week all included

All apartments are for non-smokers.

No pets allowed.

Local tax

The local tax amounts to 2,10 € per guest (over 14 years of age) and day

• parking place
• bed-linen (please bring your towels!)
• fresh bed-linen every week
• final cleaning

For an extra charge:

• facilities for babies
• washing-machine (with coins)

Check-in & Check-out

The holiday apartment is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival - we ask that you vacate it by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellations

After receipt of your written reservation and a confirmatory deposit (of 30%), your reservation is considered binding. This gives you the guarantee for the reservation of your holiday home.

There is no right of withdrawal as per consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained
• If canceled up to 14 days before arrival, 80% will be charged (minus deposit)
• If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount will be charged
• When booking through other portals, their cancellation conditions apply

Payment

Please pay for your stay while you are with us (by bank transfer or in cash up to 5000 euros).

Travel insurance

We recommend negotiating a travel insurance in case something comes up before you start your holiday.

Guest Pass / Mobil Card

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Guest Pass will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil" network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization.

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
